Patient presented with root fracture and non restored crown

Immediate implant were placed #21/#12 which great achieve stability and apical bone tomography maintain for apical stability using CMI protocol

When faced with a fresh extraction socket and a compromised labial plate (class 2),the goal is simple but challenging: regenerate bone and manage soft tissue without extensive flap reflection or primary closure.

The Procedure

Relatively Atraumatic Extraction done.

The buccal plate was compromised.

Patient visited with teeth mobility on 13/12/11/21 and missing 14/15/16/17

Using implant guided surgery and temporary screw retain bridge with guided placement position bridge

Implant Placed in previously failed site.

Loading done in 24 hours.

Final restoration -

Zirconia Abutment with Zirconia Crown.

one can appreciate what correct implant position, Soft tissue handling,Immediate loading and Good Prosthetic Material selection does to overall results.
