Title
Immediate Functional Rehabilitation of a Severely Collapsed Bite Using a Digitally Guided Implant and Immediate Loading Protocol using NeoBiotech IS-III implants : A Six-Month Clinical Follow-Up
Case Presentation
A patient with a severely collapsed occlusal relationship was rehabilitated using a digitally planned implant-supported workflow.
The treatment protocol involved digital diagnosis and planning, controlled elevation of the bite, implant placement, and immediate loading with a digitally designed prosthesis. Functional occlusion was established within 48 hours of implant placement.
At the 6-month follow-up, the rehabilitation remained clinically functional and stable, with maintenance of the established occlusal relationship and no evident significant peri-implant bone loss on radiographic evaluation.
This case demonstrates how an integrated digital workflow can facilitate the coordinated management of complex implant rehabilitation, allowing rapid functional restoration while maintaining controlled surgical and prosthetic execution
