👄👄👄 15 SCRP on Neobiotech Implant 👄👄👄

15 endodontic treated tooth with fracture of the tooth and restoration. It was planed to extract and placed implant.

I planed to use Neobiotech implant D4.5 L10.0 and place subcrestal 2 mm. The CBCT showed the apical lesion on the apex of the tooth.

Tooth number 15 and lesion sac were remove. Thin buccal bone plate lost after remove the tooth. Then implant was placed with GBR

After waiting for 3 months, the prosthesis procedures started. The ti-base and SCRP were used for this case.
