Patient would like to change her removable prosthesis to the implants.
After taking examination and treatment record, I planed to use Neobiotech implant D3.5 L10.0 on area of 11 and 21. The surgical was made with 3d printer and used the green sleeve.
The surgical procedure was done with GBR, then waiting for osteointegration about 3 months.
I used Ti-base abutment, zirconia copping and Emax crown for prosthesis of this case.
