With the presentation of this brief case, we want to highlight the importance of the location of anatomical repairs in the technique of immediate implants in the rehabilitation of the posterior sector. Emphasizing the importance of knowing the macrodesign of our IS-III implant, which provides us with fixation and primary stability results that are optimal for performing surgeries that involve extractions, enucleation of periapical lesions, bone curettage, and immediate implant placement.
