A 20 years old woman had a root resorption at tooth #21 after trauma when she was a litle girl. The tooth had to be extracted. As we can see at the pre-op pics there was also a collapsed bone and tissue plate at this site.
I decided to go directly to the extraction of the #21, to the implanation, to GBR and to give a provisional crown in the same visit.
I created a surgical guide only for pilot drilling with Bluesky software. I achieved a great primary stability of 35Ncm with a Neobiotech IS3 3,5X13mm.
For GBR I used sticky bone, reasorbable collagen membrane, titanium pins and A-PRF membranes. I sutured with 6/0 supramid. For the provisional crown I used the crown of the extracted tooth , a titanium temporary post and resin.
The final restoration delivered to the patient 4 months later and it was an all- ceramic screw retained crown.
4 years follow - up show us a great stability of bone and soft tissue around the implant and the prosthesis.
