June 2021: Two cracked upper left molars extracted due to severe cracked and immediate placement of two NeoBiotech dental implants with lateral bone sinus lift.
Sept 2021: Extraction of retained roots of upper right quadrant, followed by immediate placement of 2 NeoBiotech dental implants, with lateral sinus lift.
Nov 2021: Broken post crown of #23. Extraction and immediate placement of NeoBiotech dental implant.
Completion of the whole case after 5-6months.
