Guided implant insertion avoiding included canine
Patient adressed to my clinic for implant insertion in the region of the missing canine.
After vizualizing the CBCT we informed the patient about the inlcuded canine and recommended Ortho treatment. The patient refused ortho, nor canine extraction.
So we decided to go guided.
50 N primary stability, immediate loading with no oclusal statical,nor dynamical contact. Box technique for horizontal soft tissue grafting. 4 months already passed. Waiting the patient for the final crown.
