Patient was referred for RCT of #47 which drifted, but was deemed unrestorable, hence immediate implant was suggested as bone at #6 region was suitable
Guide pin placed to check angulation from NBT master kit
CBCT scan was taken and implant was placed with Neobiotech 5x7.4mm to avoid IDN which was not traceable on CBCT, bone graft was then added
PA of osseointergrated implant with impression coping 4 months later
