Split bone block technique using bone particle from ACM
Previously place implant(21) was infected and have bone loss due to infection of nearby teeth(22)
Implant was clean and decontaminated.
Bone block was harvest from retromolar area and split in to 2 pieces.
Bone plate were fixed with titanium screw labial and palatal side.
Bone chip was harvested from retromolar area by ACM(Neobiotech Autochip maker)
Harvested autogenous bone chip was mix with blood
Autogenous bone chip filled between Bone plate and surrounding area
