From CBCT radiograph Fenestration expected at apical portion of fixtures and bone graft procedure performed
Implants placed 3-4mm below adjacent CEJ
Healing abutments placed and bone graft packed at defect site
Collagen Membrane placement. membrane shaped to avoid ANS to ensure membrane rest well on grafted bone
Healing 1 week post op
