Flapless implant surgery was perform at the edentulous ridge

CT Root and noninfected natural root were cut to a subgingival level (Partial extraction therapy and Root submerged technique) to preserve buccal contour .
PMMA Temporary bridge were connected immediately after RST and PET remaining
tooth.
After 6 months fixed detached Co-Cr Bar Support zirconia bridges was fabricated.
