This 69 years old gentleman came to Queck Dental complaining of:

• Loose upper partial denture

• Loose upper teeth

• Uneven smile

Treatments:

• Extraction of all mobile upper teeth

• Immediate placement of 7 NeoBiotech dental implants at the upper jaw, with bilateral sinus bone augmentation

• Placement of two NeoBiotech dental implants at lower right and left jaw region.

Procedural:

A. Post 6 months Surgery Visit

• Post 6 months surgery, all dental implants were exposed and healing abutments placed.

• 3 weeks after uncovering the implants, impressions (closed tray technique) were taken.

• MMR was established with wax rim.

B. Try in Stage

• Both lower left and right implants supported crowns were issued .

• Try in upper framework. Make sure the perfect fit of all abutments.

• New bite was taken with the framework in place.

• Established the correct smile line and occlusion.

C. Issue Stage

• SCRP two pieces dental bridges supported by seven dental implants were issued.

• Established perfect occlusion.

• For review every 6 months
