Due to the patient's general conditions (diabetes, heart disease) we planned to realize an implant supported removable overdenture with a computer guided implant insertion

patient's existing full denture with marks for the cbtc and computer scansion

virtual planning of 4 ISII Nebiotech Implants

the surgical stent correctly fixed in the maxilla

clinical situation just after the 4 implants insertion

nice healing 7 days after the surgery

healing screw connection after 3 months from the surgery

perfect healing of the soft tissues around the implants

traditional impression for the final prosthesis

check of the correct implants position detected with the impression

internal part of the overdenture with metal framework and teflon retention cup

Titanium milled bar screwed into the implants

final upper overdenture installed

Thanks Carlos,
in this particular case I have utilized the "fixation pins/burs" produced by Neobiotech company to stabilize the surgical stent. But you can utilized them only in the upper jaw not in the mandible because of the density of the bone. I have already discuss of this situation with the company and I think that they are going to solve this problem. In the meaning time you can utilize fixation system of other companies and they will work (Normally I do this in the mandible).
Best regards
