Patient came to my office for extraction 46 with my colleague because of pain from tooth fracture.
1 week after extraction, Patient met me for consulting about prosthodontic treatment choices then we took the treatment record.
The implant plan was made and I planed to make under size drilling for primary retention of the implant.
The surgery was done and waited for osteointegration for 3 months then I scanned the implant area. Finally, the prosthesis was made and inserted.
