• Maxillary and mandibular total edentulousness

• Heavy Smoker.
Treatment plan:
Regularization of the alveolar ridge in the maxilla and mandible.
Surgery of implants in the maxilla: 4 (2 straight and 2 angled) (all on four) + osseodensification with versah burs
