Treatment Plan: To restore esthetics and masticatory function by sequentially restoring mandibular dentition with implant supported lower fixed bridge from 44 to 32 and partial denture for posterior teeth.
Full clearance of upper teeth for placement of 4 neo biotech fixtures for full arch bridge.
Maxilla implant placement in 15/16, 25,26 region. tooth #17 kept to maintain Vertical dimension for jaw records
bone reduction performed to provide space for prosthetic fabrication.
