Immediate Restoration of Maxillary Anterior bridge with 5 Neobiotech Fixtures
Patient Presented with mobile teeth and would like to have fixed restorations for better function.
Missing 16, 15, 14, 12, 11, 24,25,26
#13,21,22, exhibit grade 3 mobility
Planned extractions for 13, 21,22,23,
remaining teeth #17, 27 maintains stable VD for bite records
5 Neobiotech IS II Dental implants are planned for a fixed Zirconia bridge from #15 to #25
socket grafted and bone is trimmed to provide for uniform soft tissue profile to facilitate hygienic pontic design for bridge.
All 5 Neobiotech Fixtures exhibited good CMI fixation with more than 50ncm insertion torque and installation of prosthesis is planned within 1 week post insertion
Prosthesis fitted and abutment screws torqued to 30 ncm, stable torque achieved indicating good fit of abutment connection
Abutment screws torqued 2nd time to 30ncm to generate proper preload on all 5 abutment screws
Patient achieved desired lip support and smile profile
