Medical status: Healthy
Dental history: Root resorption of central incisor caused by a physical trauma in childhood
Chief complaint: Esthetic problems
Pre-operative Observation
Clinical and radiographic view of the ankylosed maxillary right central incisor
A large defect was found following extraction of #11.
IS ll active implant placement.
A xenograft being applied to the defect.
CTi-mem Ti-mesh fixed on the implant using a cover screw.
Releasing incision for full coverage.
Submerged approach.
Frenulectomy.
A temporary AET bridge bonded on the adjacent teeth.

Conclusion
A 21 year old male patient came to the clinic due to esthetic problem of the ankylosed maxillary right central incisor. The tooth was immediately replaced with an implant following tooth extraction and a simultaneous xenograft was applied to the defect.
