Immediate implant placement using the Neo NaviGuide in the maxillary anterior site

It was planned to immediately place implants following the extraction of #11, #13, #22 and #23.

Precision Neo NaviGuide were fabricated.

#11 was extracted.

Immediately after the extraction of #11, #22 and #23.

The Neo NaviGuide was placed in the mouth.

Bone trimmer was used removing residual alveolar bone and flattening the bone level.

Ø 2.2 drill (200rpm)

Ø 3.0 drill (50rpm)

Ø 3.5 drill (50rpm)

Neobiotech IS-III active 4.0*13mm fixture was placed in the area of #11.

Fixing the Neo NaviGuide, with vertical anchor (in fixture) connected to the fixture.

Neobiotech IS-III active 4.0*13mm fixture was placed in the area of #23.

#13 was extracted.

The Neo NaviGuide was placed in the mouth.

Fixing the Neo NaviGuide, with vertical anchor(in fixture) connected to the fixture.

Bone Trimmer (200rpm)

Ø 2.2 drill (200rpm)

Ø 3.0 drill (50rpm)

Ø 3.5 drill (50rpm)

In D1~D2 bone, cortical tap was used for pre-tapping. (30~50rpm)

Neobiotech IS-III active 4.0*13mm fixture was placed in the area of #13.

Removed vertical anchor with a hex driver.

Surrounding bone was trimmed with a bone profile (50rpm). Must use Bone Profile after removing the guide.

3 implants were placed successfully.

Cover screws were connected to the fixtures.

Bone graft was performed.

Healing abutments were connected to the fixtures.
