Case Summary 🔎
Patient Information
Age / Sex: 50-year-old female
Medical History: No relevant systemic disease
Chief Complaint: “My overall dental condition is poor.”
Clinical Diagnosis: Generalized severe periodontitis affecting the remaining maxillary and mandibular teeth
Case Summary
All remaining maxillary teeth were extracted, followed by surgical guide-assisted placement of six implants. Multi-unit abutments were connected, and a 3D-printed resin provisional prosthesis was delivered on the day of surgery.
In the mandible, the existing implants were maintained, the remaining periodontally compromised teeth were extracted, and one additional implant was placed in the mandibular anterior region. Full-arch rehabilitation was completed with a maxillary All-on-6 and mandibular All-on-5 prosthesis.
Case Focus: Guided surgery, All on X, Full Arch, MUA connection, and same-day provisionalization.
