• Preoperative panoramic radiograph showing the healed edentulous site at #46.

2️⃣Surgery

• #46 healed edentulous site, with mild concavity & limited keratinized tissue of buccal gingival tissue.

• CMI Bone densities & Drilling bursteps:   

  - #46 (D233): D2.2-D3.0-D3.5 with L11.5mm & Final drilling burs with D4.2/ L10mm, D4.mm/ L3m.

  
  

  

  
  

• 30/6/2026: #46 ALX-BT implant placement with D(neck)4.5/ D(body)5.0/ L10mm

• Packing moldable Xenograft for performing buccal contour augmentation.
