Early loading of the Neobiotech IS II Implants on the mandible posterior area

This case presents implant placement with Neobiotech IS fixtures on #36 & #37.

SITUATION

Two implants (IS II 5.0X10mm, Neobiotech, Korea) were inserted.

40 Ncm initial insertion torque was obtained each side.

The insertion torques obtained for #36 and 37 were 40 Ncm.

The insertion torque values were 40 Ncm, which was sufficient for performing the one stage approach.

Healing abutments were connected due to sufficient insertion torque.

Simple interrupted sutures were performed.

2-unit SCRP zirconia FPD

The gingival margin was well adapted to the crown contour.

A definitive 2 unit SCRP prosthesis was delivered 2 weeks after implants placement.
