Case Summary 🔎

This case presents implant rehabilitation in a previously failed implant site. After careful evaluation and site preparation, a new implant was successfully placed in the compromised area with appropriate positioning and soft tissue management. An immediate loading protocol was applied, and the provisional restoration was delivered within 24 hours following implant placement. This approach allowed for early functional loading while maintaining primary stability. For the final prosthetic restoration, a zirconia abutment combined with a zirconia crown was selected to ensure optimal strength, biocompatibility, and esthetic outcomes.

The case highlights the importance of accurate implant positioning, proper soft tissue handling, immediate loading protocols, and appropriate prosthetic material selection in achieving successful clinical results.
