12 HOURS IN-HOUSE DIGITAL IMPLANT DENTISRY WITH NEOBIOTECH - LOWER ANTERIOR IMPLANTS PLACEMENT WITH IMMEDIATE LOADING

Successful lower anterior implant rehabilitation completed within 12 hours using a fully in-house digital workflow. The case involved digital planning, guided implant placement, and immediate loading with a screw-retained zirconia prosthesis.

Considering the patient’s need for an immediate fixed solution, compromised periodontal condition, and suboptimal bone quality, three Neobiotech implants were placed to enhance primary stability and ensure better load distribution under immediate loading.

The patient was informed about both options—conventional delayed loading with two implants versus immediate loading with three implants—and opted for the same-day fixed approach.
