Lower anteriors tend to be challenging enough, immediate placement was even more difficult PA taken with Neobiotech master kit lance drill, position was accurate Depth pin showed angulation being deviated Narrow fixture placed 3.2x10mm, fortunately angulation was corrected ultimately

Patient came in with loose #21 PA revealed horizontal root fracture Tooth was extracted Placed 4x11mm NBT ISII fixture, placed bone graft and membrane over subsequently and used a single tooth denture to tide patient through in meantime.

First saw patient for cracked tooth, decided to place molar band Molar band unsuccessful, endo exploration done, but crack line into root canal chamber, prognosis poor Patient decided to go with immediate implant Difficulty was placing into septum, placement was too distal in the end, likely requiring a slight cantilever as a result for the prosthesis

Primary tooth with gross caries caused presence of sinus tract in gingiva Tooth extracted, implant placed after curettage Neobiotech HA placed Uneventful healing, post op OPG

Patient was referred for RCT of #47 which drifted, but was deemed unrestorable, hence immediate implant was suggested as bone at #6 region was suitable Guide pin placed to check angulation from NBT master kit CBCT scan was taken and implant was placed with Neobiotech 5x7.4mm to avoid IDN which was not traceable on CBCT, bone graft was then added PA of osseointergrated implant with impression coping 4 months later
