Surgical procedure was done with surgical guide then we placed the healing abutment and waited for 3 months. Finally, the prosthesis part was made and inserted.

Then the implant treatment plan was created and explain to patient. Next, The surgical guide was made with Phrozen Sonic Mini 8k 3D Printer. Keyprint Resin was used for making this surgical guide. The surgical operation was done with GBR. After waiting for 3 months, the zirconia crown was inserted.

👄👄👄 15 SCRP on Neobiotech Implant 👄👄👄 15 endodontic treated tooth with fracture of the tooth and restoration. It was planed to extract and placed implant. I planed to use Neobiotech implant D4.5 L10.0 and place subcrestal 2 mm. The CBCT showed the apical lesion on the apex of the tooth. Tooth number 15 and lesion sac were remove. Thin buccal bone plate lost after remove the tooth. Then implant was placed with GBR After waiting for 3 months, the prosthesis procedures started. The ti-base and SCRP were used for this case. 😝😝😝

😁😁😁11 21 Neobiotech Implant 😁😁😁 Patient would like to change her removable prosthesis to the implants. After taking examination and treatment record, I planed to use Neobiotech implant D3.5 L10.0 on area of 11 and 21. The surgical was made with 3d printer and used the green sleeve. The surgical procedure was done with GBR, then waiting for osteointegration about 3 months. I used Ti-base abutment, zirconia copping and Emax crown for prosthesis of this case.

😊😊😊 New Smile with Neobiotech Implant 😊😊😊 Patient came to my office because of unconfident smile. He lost many teeth and he had the defect of dental restorations. The data was record and I made the treatment options and treatment plans for him. First, I managed the space and alignment of the tooth with clear aligner (invisalign). After that, another treatment record was performed for making the restorations and implant plan. There was edentulous area on tooth number 15 14 13 22 and 36. The retained root of the tooth number 21 was removed. We planed to make the implant on that area, changing the crown of 11 and doing the ceramic veneer on 12 23 24. The surgical procedure was performed with surgical guide. On area 21 and 22, The implants were placed with GBR. The orthodontic adjustment was made in the waiting period for osteointegration. ##### 12 SCRP on Neobiotech Implant ##### Patient came to my office because his tooth number 12 was fallen out due to try to play skateboard with his sons. He didn't have systemic disease and medical allergies but there is history of receiving the periodontal treatment. I cleaned the socket and prepared to making the immediate implant placement but it failed because lack of primary retention and labial bone plate then I did the bone graft After waiting for the wound healing , Patient came for taking the treatment record again. Neobiotech Implant D4.0 L10.0 was planned to use in this case with 4 mm. depth from gingival margin. The surgical guide was printed by 3D printer then I put the green sleeve into the surgical guide. 3 months after the surgery was done, I prepared the gingiva and designed the SCRP on this implant. This case, I used Ti-base abutment and maked the zirconia coping. The Ti-base abutment will be under the bone level for hiding the metal color. The E-max crown will be used to cover the coping again. 😊😊😊😊😊

###### Flapless with Digital Guide on 36 37 ###### The patient lost teeth number 36 and 37 due to dental caries. The intra-oral data was recorded for making the plan. Neobiotech implant D5.0 L10.0 were used in this case. I had planned to place the implants 1.5-2.0 mm. subrestally. Ti-Base abutments were used to make the zirconia SCRP on 36 37 implants.
