Aesthetic immediate implants placement with socket type 1 and angle screw channel driver modified for cement screw retain

Case Summary 🔎
A 38-year-old female patient with skeletal class II presented with a fractured anterior fixed prosthesis involving teeth #11, #12, #21, and #22, accompanied by marginal caries, gingival inflammation with bleeding on probing, and endodontic infection.
Following extraction, immediate implant placement was performed at sites #12 and #21 using Neobiotech IS-III implants (Ø3.5 × 11.5 mm and Ø4.0 × 11.5 mm, respectively). The available apical bone was utilized to achieve primary stability. The peri-implant jumping gaps and extraction sockets were grafted with allograft material, followed by collagen plug placement and suturing.
After a 3-month healing period, prosthetic rehabilitation was completed using an angled screw channel approach to optimize screw access while maintaining esthetics in the anterior region.
At the 1-year follow-up after loading, clinical and radiographic evaluation demonstrated stable implant-supported restorations and maintained peri-implant tissue conditions.
