Pre-operative Situation

#46 remove soft tissue easily and clearly without incision for implantation

4.5*10mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #46 with about 30N.CM torque

extraction of #43, #44, #45



4.0*11.5mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #44 with about 30N.CM torque and 4.5*10mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #43 with about 25N.CM torque, the IS ll active cemented abutment was tighted with 15N.CM torque





Extraction of #34,#35,#36 and 3.5*11.5mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #41 with about 30N.CM torque, the abutment was tighted with 15N.CM torque



4.5*10mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #36 with about 35N.CM torque, 4.0*11.5mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #34 with about 25N.CM torque, 4.5*10mm CMI IS ll active implant was placed on #33 with about 35N.CM torque, all the abutment was tighted with 15N.CM torque

Conclusion

A case presented with severe gingival hyperplasia and #34 root fracture. The hopeless teeth including #34 root were extracted and immediate transitions were made. CMI IS ll active implants were used to replace the natural teeth.
