Case Presentation
1️⃣ Diagnosis
Chief Complaint (C.C)
The patient reports difficulty using the anterior teeth and long-term neglect of the posterior dentition.
Diagnosis
Severe caries in the maxillary anterior region, affecting esthetics and function.
Multiple posterior teeth are either missing or remain as root remnants in both arches, indicating long-term neglect.
Generalized chronic periodontitis with associated alveolar bone loss.
Treatment Plan
2️⃣ Pre-Op
Alveolar bone reduction was indicated due to supra-eruption in the posterior region following prolonged tooth loss.
Generalized severe dental caries involving anterior and posterior teeth.
3️⃣ Surgical Phase

Bone reduction was performed to correct mandibular posterior supra-eruption.
