Punching & flapless surgery of mandibular multiple case with Neo NaviGuide

The treatment plan was as follows:

1) extractions of #32, 42, 44 and 45

2) implant placement at sites #32, 35, 37, 42, 44, 46 and 47

Tissue punch (200RPM)

Soft tissues on the planned implant sites were removed using a tissue punch.

Bone trimmer (200RPM) was used to remove residual alveolar bone and flattening the bone level.

A point drill (200RPM) was used for initial drilling.

The fixture was finally tightened with the torque ratchet.
