After orthodontic treatment, patient was referred to our clinic for implant placement.

The IS-II active implant placement and the GBR for cortical bone drilling

Autograft bone was harvested by using the ACM Drill

After combination of autograft bone and xenograft bone, applied the CTi-membrane or spacer

After applying additional absorbable barrier membrane

2nd surgery and CTi-membrane removal 4 months after the 1st surgery.

A SCRP type of final restoration is being delivered.
