Patient Presentation: Patient bit on something hard and 12 tooth was loose. Patient also complained that front teeth are misaligned.
Diagnosis:
Periodontally involved teeth 13 to 23
Midline deviated by 3mm to the left
Receding gumline exposes unsightly roots.
Treatment plan:
Remove mobile teeth, debride and placement of 4 Neobiotech IS II active fixtures to support 6 unit implant supported bridge.
Bone graft to provide sufficient bone volume around implant to support fixtures.
Screw retained design to facilitate regular maintenance.
