Immediate Implant for Cracked Tooth
First saw patient for cracked tooth, decided to place molar band
Molar band unsuccessful, endo exploration done, but crack line into root canal chamber, prognosis poor
Patient decided to go with immediate implant
Difficulty was placing into septum, placement was too distal in the end, likely requiring a slight cantilever as a result for the prosthesis
