Patient present with broken crown on previously RCT tooth
Patient want to get implant as soon as possible and less surgery.
Extraction remain structure
From CBCT X-ray found very thin remaining bone at furcation
Crestal sinus lift was performed using osteotome at furcation area
Allograft was place into prepared sinus cavity
Follow by placing neobiotech IS III Active implant
Very good primary stability was achieved .
Extraction socket filled with allograft
Customized abutment was used to cover extraction socket
4 months later
implant was stable
impression was taken and monolithic zirconia crown was installed on dental implant.
